Description: To conduct a mail and telephone survey of a pre-selected targeted audience of Gulf-deployed and non-deployed military personnel for the future Neuro-cognition issues project as part of an on-going research study. Surveys will include contractor's managing and implementing of direct mailings of cover letters, questionaires, follow-up reminder postcards, pre-arranged five minute phone interviews, handling and maintaining surveyed audience data and informaton with highest standard of care, forwarding surveyed data to the designated VA point of contact every fourteen days, and completing the enitre survey within 120 days after notice to proceed is received from the VA. It is the intent of the government to negotiate a sole source contract with Schulman, Ronca & Bucuvalas, Inc. (SRBI) to perform said services. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (06-MAR-2007).
