- DISA/DITCO, intends to issue a sole source contract to IBM Corp. 6710 Rockledge Dr., Bethesda, MD 20817. This acquisition is for the purchase of a six month extention of z/OS Version Release 1.4 Operating System maintenance support. These software licenses and enhancements are proprietary and are protected by copyright laws. No third party maintenance is authorized. Period of performance is 01 Apr 07 ? 30 Sep 07. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed software license and enhancement renewal must request a copy of the RFQ not later than COB 02 May 2007 via the following address: betty.burris@disa.mil. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered. The NAICS code is 541511 for this procurement. J&A attached.
