Contractor to furnish all materials and perform all labor necessary for completion of the following work at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 601 Hwy 6 West, Iowa City, Iowa, 52246: Prep and repaint all existing stairwells. Includes painting walls, ceilings, doors, frames, exposed steel, and refinishing wood handrails. Exclusions: Existing red color coated piping. Materials by Sherwin Williams; colors by owner. Cost range is expected to be within $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS code 238320, size standard $13 million. This procurement is 100% full and open.
