- LONG TERM LIFE CYCLE SUPPORT FOR AVAYA ELECTRONIC DIGITAL TELEPHONE SWITCH SYSTEMS MARKET SURVEY This is a Market Survey seeking sources which have the capability to provide the following: Long Term Life Cycle Support for Avayas product family of telephone switch systems (i.e. S8700, Definity G3R & EPNs) installed or to be installed at DOD locations worldwide. Offerors must be able to conduct business and place purchase orders directly with Avaya for the services requested. Offerors must provide a program management team that includes telephone switch engineers and project managers with experience a nd formal training on Avaya product family of telephone switch systems. PEO Enterprise Information Systems (EIS) through The U. S. Army Communication-Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (CE-LCMC) Acquisition Center requests information from companie s regarding their ability to provide manufacturer commercial support to Avaya product family of telephone switch systems and other associated vendor peripheral equipment including Telephone Management Systems (TMS), Automated Directory Attendant System (A DAS), Integrated Service Digital Network (ISDN) applications, and other system peripherals, to include HVAC and power, and any support services beyond the capability of switch system site personnel. Specific services required include: Manufacturer commer cial support; installation; commissioning; software services, support and upgrades; Short and Long Term Field Service Support as well as Emergency Field Service Support 24 hours a day 7 days a week, including holidays; Parts Replacement, Remote Diagnostics , Technical Data and Manuals; and Extended Service Plan. Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) certifications and inclusion on the Approved Products List (APL) must be obtained prior to procurement and installation of all equipment. This solicitatio n is NOT intended to duplicate or replace the U.S. Army Administrative Telephone Services (ATS) Program for local operation and maintenance service contracts but it is intended to provide commercially available manufacturer commercial support for Avaya pro duct family of telephone switch systems. The Avaya Telephone Systems are currently located at approximately 28 U.S. Army Installations including Kwajalien and National Guard locations in 37 states and the Virgin Islands. The number and locations of telep hone switch systems could change. This will be a single award, five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity commercial contract under FAR Part 12, with an estimated value of 15 Million.
