Description

This contract is to rehabilitate and re-rate the existing turbine bay bridge crane, generator bay bridge crane, intake gantry crane (optional) and tailrace gantry crane (optional) at the Webbers Falls power house, Webbers Falls, Oklahoma. Work inclu des design, fabrication, installation and testing to include the replacement of all electrical controls and equipment, to include new programmable logic controls interface with variable frequency drive motor controllers, new main-line conductors and radio controls. Mechanical upgrades include installation of a new machinery bases, couplings, wire rope and intake gantry crane main hoist reducers and gears. Structural upgrades include replacement of the operator cabs as well as rehabilitating the cranes to r e-rate them as specified in the specification.
