Description
The 96th Contracting Squadron, Eglin AFB, Florida intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract for Air Monitoring & Testing Services as listed below. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and Subpart 13.5, As supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The announcement number is F1T2AZ7044A001. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541380 with a size standard of $11M dollars. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. This acquistion is a 100% small business set-aside. The requirement consists of the following items: CLIN 0001: QTY (1) Each, Air Monitoring ? Provide air monitoring and testing services to support asbestos abatement for Eglin Family Housing, Phases I ? IV. Phases will be in accordance with contruction requirements for asbestos abatement. This air monitoring will include PCM final clearances. Periord of Performance 21 May 2007 ? 30 April 2008. Please request Statement of Work from the Contract Specialist, Ms. Lorna J. Hendrix at Eglin AFB, FL 32542 at lorna.hendrix@eglin.af.mil. The wage determination that applies to this acquisition is Wage Determination No.: 2005-3033, Revision No.: 2 Date Of Revision: 09/25/2006. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-16. Mission Capability and Part II ? Price Proposal Specific Instructions: Documents submitted in response to this RFP must be fully responsive to and consistent with the following: Mission Capability ? 1) Licenses/Certifications: (Professional Certifications, Air Monitoring License/Business Certification, and Course Certificates for Testing Lab Personnel) and 2) Quality Control Plan.
