- This is a sources sought/market research notice conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, Market Research. Bolling AFB is seeking information from all INTERESTED PARTIES capable of providing the following services Test Advisor Administrator for the Defense Activity for Non-Traditional Education Support (DANTES) and Air Force Institute for Advanced Distributed Learning (AFIADL), Assistant Education Advisor for General Education, Certified Test Advisor Administrator for the Defense Language Aptitude Test (DLPT), and Defense Language Proficiency Testing (DLPT 5), Computer Based Program (Requires DLPT Certification), Assistant Education Advisor/AFVEC Trainer for General Education, Certified Assistant Education Advisor for the Community College of the Air Force (CCAF), (Requires CCAF Certification), Assistant Education Advisor/Professional Military Education (PME) Administrator, and Assistant Education Advisor for the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT) ATN Administrator. (Requires Technical Certifications). Testing programs shall include all computer based DLPT 5, DANTES sponsored exams including CLEP, DANTES DSST, SAT, GRE, GMAT, PRAXIS and ASE. In addition, test programs will include the ACT, Excelsior and other designated academic Distance Learning (DL) testing from institutions, Colleges and Universities. All positions require completion of AFAEMS (Version 2.50) Training Certification. The above services will be on an AS CALL BASIS. Interested parties shall conduct a minimum of five (5) advisement enrollment sessions during a one unit (4-hour block). The sessions will include staff meetings and ancillary training as necessary. In order to be considered a potential source, interested parties must submit clear and convincing written documentation demonstrating their capabilities to satisfy the requirement specified above. All written documentation shall include the following experience, technical certification and academic qualifications: (1. Three to ten years recent experience in the Air Force Education Services and associated programs and shall be academically/technically proficient to provide these services; (2. Copies of an awarded CCAF Degree, Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in EDUCATION with an emphasis and practicum in ADULT EDUCATION and (3. Copies of all certificates of training; and (4. Copy of resume. Only written responses will be considered. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this market research, the contracting officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. Prior to issuing a solicitation, a pre-solicitation notice will be published. Interested parties are encouraged to furnish information. Information submitted will not be returned. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611710 at $6.5 Million Size Standard.
