- This modification is issued to 1) revise Section B of the solicitation, 2) extend the due date for proposals to 22 May 2007 (2:00PM Eastern Standard Time), and 3) open this requirement to all Hubzone companies certified by the Small Business Administ ration, not just those in North Carolina as originally stated. All Hubzone companies may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
