- REQUEST-FOR-QUOTATION (RFQ) The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Rocky Mountain Region is currently seeking potential contractors for a firm-fixed price contract for the BIA National Interagency Fire Center, Model-52 Engine Program in Eagle Butte, South Dakota. REQUIREMENT: Six Flatbed Trailers; Four Flatbed Trailers ? 96? W x 114? L; Two Flatbed Trailers 96? W x 150? L. Delivery shall be FOB to Eagle Butte, South Dakota. The Cobell Litigation prohibits the BIA from Internet Access or disbursing information electronically. Prior to Award of a contract, vendors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) website at http://www.ccr.gov and be registered with Dun and Bradstreet at http://www.dnb.com. CLOSING DATE FOR RECEIPT OF QUOTATIONS: Close of business on May 16, 2007. Quotations may be faxed to (406) 247-7908, Attention: Jay Windy Boy, Contract Specialist. This is a Simplified Acquisition requirement; the estimated procurement range for the requirement is under $25,000. This requirement is reserved for all small business concerns.
