- Description
- SBA's Disaster Assistance Center in Buffalo has a requirement to replace their current Millennium PBX switch with one that will have more robust capabilities to include but not limited to: * ACD (Automatic Call Distributor) * Voice Recognition * Tote Board Depicting Calls * Recording of Calls * Multiple Reporting Capabilities (call counts, call duration, hold time, individual agent statistics, etc.) * 340 Phone Sets (scalable to 500). Three types of sets for that particular worker (Agents, Admin. and Directors) * Multi-year Maintenance * Training * Web Chat (future) NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (26-MAR-2007).
