Description

Badlands National Park, Interior, South Dakota, has a requirement to construct a Concrete Bus Parking Lot behind the Ben Reifel Visitor Center.Approximate parking lot area 7065 square feet, concrete to be 4000 PSI, 8" thick, using reinforcing fibers in concrete. Contractor will finish, level and verify to specifications, form and furnish all equipment, labor and material to pour, level and broom finish and saw cut concrete surface. Contractor shall provide material, labor and equipment to measure and lay out and paint 6" white solid deliniator lines. NPS will remove present asphalt, repair base soil and rough level sub-base material. This project is a lump sum contract. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. P&S Y299, NAICS:238990, Small Business Size Standard is $13.0 million. This project is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act and Davis-Bacon Wage Rates will apply. This project is subject to Public Law 100-656, the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to Small and Large Businesses alike. This solicitation will be available ONLY at the DOI Website (http://ideasec.nbc.gov) O/A May 15, 2007.
