Description: Contractor shall provide all tools, materials, components, permits, license, and supervision for Project number 636-07-115, "UPGRADE ELEVATORS 7 & 8" to refurbish elevators #7 & #8 located in Building 1 at the Nebraska Western Iowa Health Care System - Omaha Division 4101 Woolworth Avenue, Omaha, Nebraska 68105. Work includes but not limited to providing new conductors, controllers, microprocessor control system, AC gearless machines, operating panels, and push plates for a complete job in accordance with the contract specifications. Completion within 360 calendar days. This construction project is unrestricted or available to all business sizes. The solicitation package will be released on May 15, 2007 as a Invitation for Bid (IFB).
