- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). To ensure sufficient information is av ailable, vendors are requested to provide descriptive material such as illustrations, drawings, or other information necessary for the Government to determine whether the product meets the salient characteristics of the requirement. The Government will awa rd a contract to the offeror whose offer conforms to this solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
