- Synopsis - Demolition Services This is a presolicitation notice for demolition services to include abatement and site restoration on Fairchild Air Force Base, WA under solicitation #FA4620-07-Q-A014. This acquisition will be solicited using FAR part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government will evaluate offers using price performance tradeoff (PPT) procedures. Recent and relevant past performance will be evaluated. A firm-fixed price (FFP) multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract will result from this solicitation. All subsequent task orders will be competed using FAR subpart 16.505, Ordering procedures. This acquisition is a 100% Service-disabled Veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238910 with a small business size standard of $13,000,000 gross annual income or less. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 16 May 2007 on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) at www.fbo.gov. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this website frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offerors must be registered in Central Contractors Registration (CCR) at www.bpn.gov.
