- This will be a firm-fixed price contract. The contractor shall provide all management, labor, equipment, supplies, materials, and transportation necessary to ensure that janitorial services are performed at various buildings located at Aliamanu Mili tary Reservation, Fort DeRussy, Fort Shafter, Helemano Military Reservation, Schofield Barracks, Tripler Army Medical Center, and Wheeler Army Airfield, Island of Oahu, Hawaii. The issue date for this solicitation is estimated to be on or about 15 May 200 7. Response date above is estimated. Actual proposal due date will be specified in the solicitation and may be earlier or later than 30 May 2007. A site visit is tentatively scheduled for 17 May 2007 at Wheeler Army Airfield, Island of Oahu, Hawaii. Mo re detailed information regarding the site visit (i.e. time, location points of contact) will be outlined in the formal solicitation. Period of performance is 1 July 2007 31 December 2007 with two (2) pre-priced 12-month option periods. This procuremen t is a 100 percent HUBZone small business set aside. A firm is considered to be a small business if its average annual gross receipts for the past three years do not exceed $15.0 million. NAICS code is 561720 - Janitorial Services.
