- This is a NOTICE OF INTENT to enter into a contract on a sole source basis with Actall Security Products, 3925 Monaco Parkway, Unit D, Denver, CO 80207. Actall Products is a supplier of the PALS Monitoring Center (visit www.actallsp.com for current s pecifications). The PALS is a system designed to monitor the United States Disciplinary Barracks (USDB) at Fort Leavenworth, KS 66027. The USDB is in need of the following supply and services for the PALS system. 1ea PALS Monitoring Center CPU (visit www.a ctallsp.com for current specifications), 1ea Alert Communicator Board (4 RS232 Connections), 1ea Crisis Controller CPU Watchdog, 1ea CPU Hardware Lock, 1ea Upgrade to Crisis Controller Software Advanced Version 5.0, PALS Commercial Alert Monitoring Center. All hardware and Software will be installed and tested prior to shipping, 1ea 12 Month Gold Support - 201 to 500 Transmitters, 20ea Crisis Controller Programming (Hourly). Convert 4.08 Database to CC 5.0, 50ea PALS 9000 Personal Mobile Transmitter. Includ es alarms for Panic, Pullcord and Man Down., 50ea PMT Nylon Holster - 1 Hole. Actall Products, to our knowledge, is the only such company that can provide the PALS Monitoring Center CPU and accessories that are needed for our environment. No contract will be awarded on the basis of the offers received in response to this notice.
