Contractors may view and/or download this solicitation and all amendments from the Internet aft er solicitation issuance. Description of work: An Indefinite Delivery and Multi-Task Construction contract for site preparation and construction of new roof installation, roof repair, roof replacement or work incidental to water damages as a result of roof damages (i.e. ceiling rep lacement, painting and carpet cleanings. The services required by this contract will be primarily provided throughout North Carolina. Work may be performed primarily at Fort Bragg, but may also be located at Federal facilities located within the geographi c boundaries of the Army Corps of Engineers, South Atlantic Division. The task orders issued under these contracts will be Firm Fixed Price. The contract shall be for a period of three years and shall not exceed $14.5 million. This project will be solicited on an unrestricted basis and procured using a best value Performance Price Trade-off Request for Proposals (RFP) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15.101-1. The contract will be Firm Fixed Price. Offerors are required to submit a price and technical proposal. Each proposal shall contain the offerors best technical proposal and best price. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. This solicitation will be i ssued in electronic format only and will be available on or about 21 May 2007 on the Internet at https://www.fedteds.gov/ . Notification of amendments will be through use of the Internet. No additional media (CD-ROM, floppy disks, faxes, etc.) will be pr ovided. It is the Offerors responsibility to check the Internet address provided as necessary for any posted changes to this solicitation and all amendments.
