This amendment is issued to address the following questions that were raised concerning this project. The current response date has been extended until Tuesday, May 8, 2007. //Question: How is the terrain of the ground? Flat? Sloped? Answer: There exist sloped and flat areas. The east side of the lot is sloped and the north and south sides of the lot are flat. //Question: Is it possible for machinery and vehicles to maneuver around both the outside and the inside perimeter of the fence? Answer: Some vehicles may be driven and machinery used around the inside perimeter of the fence; however, the use of vehicles and machinery will not be possible around the outside perimeter of the fence, especially on the east side. //Question: Do any of the posts go through concrete or asphalt? Answer: No. //Question: Are there rocks on the surface of the ground? Answer No. //Question: Is there existing Chain Link on the Posts? Answer: Yes. There is existing chain link fence. //Question: If there is Chain Link, will it need to come down and then be reattached on the new posts? Answer: Yes. //Question: Is this fence around a paved lot or straight run? Answer: The fence is around a straight run. //Question: Can the posts all be removed at the same time, or is the removal and replacement required to be done in stages? Answer: This project is required to be done in stages, since the fence must remain standing at all times. This is a secure area. //Question: Does a temporary fence need to be provided? Answer: No temporary fence is needed, since the fence must remain standing at all times. Solutions may involve replacing the poles in stages or replacing every other pole and then returning to replace the remaining poles.
