Description
The United States Government seeks to lease street-level, contiguous (same floor) Office space, or contiguous upper-floor space on one floor which meets GSA lease criteria and has handicapped accessible elevator service to the SSA office floor as an acceptable alternative. The space offered must consist of approximately 8,516 rentable square feet in Dade City, Florida. The space must yield a minimum of 7,405 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. A minimum of thirty-eight (38) parking spaces should be available at no cost, or at reasonable commercial rates, for visitors and employees within a two-block radius of the office. Availability of public transportation with adequate parking must be available within two-blocks of the space offered. The proposed space must be located within the boundaries of the delineated area bounded by Dade City, Florida City Limits: North: Meridian South: Morningside Drive East: Highway 301 West: SR 52 The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than 10-09-08. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized.
