- Description
- This project consists of the construction of an MRI facility at the Omaha Division of the Nebraska-Western Iowa Health Care System. The project will consist of approximately 2,000 sf of new construction including the following spaces: a MRI room with shielding, an equipment room, a control room, an office, a consultation room, two dressing rooms, a reception area, a vestibule entrance and an inpatient holding area. The project will also consist of approximately renovating 400 sf of the Out Patient Green Clinic waiting area, rerouting the fresh air intakes to meet current force protection requirements and renovating a storage room in the ambulatory care support area. The contracting vehicle that will be utilized to complete this project is a sealed Invitation for Bid that will open on May 28, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. This is a Firm Fixed Price construction contract Award is based on the lowest price technically acceptable price. More information will be included in the solicitation document that will be released on April 28, 2007. This project is set-aside for Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZone firms). NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (13-APR-2007).
