- Description
- The U. S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with CuLox Technologies Inc., 178 General Pulaski Walk, Naugatuck, CT 06770. The contractor shall produce copper and bronze metal nanoflake powders using a unique air atomized manufacturing process. CuLox uses a proprietary method to make powders as fine as 2 and 3 micron median sizes which are not possible by conventional atomizing methods. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 331423 and the size standard is 750 employees. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be receive d no later that 3:00 PM, Eastern Daylight Time, May 9, 2007. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers.
