- This amendment is to provide answers to questions and reprint the offerors pricing schedule for clarification purposes. Question: I have two rental units which I believe would suite your purpose. Should I fax in the details or is there some other procedure? Answer: Proposals shall be submitted by fax 202/307-9502 or email Debra.Browne2@usdoj.gov. Question: Is there any possibility the rental period may be extended. Answer: the Federal Government makes awards based on needs during the current Fiscal Year (FY) (which ends September 30th each year). FY08 requirements can not be addressed at this time. Question: Are you requiring a one bedroom one bath apartment: Answer: Requirement is one furnished apartment consisting of one bedroom, one bath, kitchen, living room of at least 600 square feet, services and location requirements as stated in the combined synopsis/solicitation notice. Questions: Is the occupant going to be an active duty military personnel with military orders or is he a civilian? Answer: civilian Question: How often do you expect the guests to change in any given month during the 5/30/07 to 9/30/07. Answer: that can vary from 1 week up to 1 month. Question: Can you please elaborate on desired or anticipated services for check-in/check-out assistance? Answer: Ensuring check in and check out services are available on a 24 hour basis. Add the following: Past Performance: Offeror shall provide the name, phone number and e-mail address of references of similar contracts and work performance. Quote preparation instruction: Offeror shall provide a price quote by completing the pricing schedule. Award Basis: Award will be made to the responsible offeror providing the best value to the Government based on past performance and price. . PRICING SCHEDULE Item 0001; supplies/services ? rental of (1) furnished apartment meeting the requirements and services stated in the notice and this amendment. Unit ?
