- The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 6,500 rentable square feet of office space in Covington, VA. within the following delineated area: North: Riverside St W from Lexington Ave N to Monroe Ave N East: Monroe Ave S to SR 220 S to Carpenter Dr S South: Carpenter Dr S across the railroad tracks to Grand Piano Rd to Thacker Rd to Durant Rd S West: Durant Rd to Craig Ave to Locust St to Marion Ave to Main St to Lexington Ave to Riverside St W The space should yield a minimum of 5,648 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The space shall be contiguous. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm and should be fully serviced and meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
