- Solicitation number SP4400-07-R-0013 is a proposed service contract for all non- personal services necessary for the removal, transportation and disposal of electroplating related waste (sludge) at Robins AFB, GA. This is for a firm-fixed indefinite quantities HubZone set-a-side contract to be awarded as a performance based contract in accordance with the acceptable performance levels (APLs) set forth in the solicitation . This will be a single award. The NAICS Code is 562211. The contract period will be for an 18-month base period with two 18-month options. Performance will be requested by issuance of written tasks orders against the basic contract. SP4400-07-R-0013 will be issued on or about June 11, 2007. Approximate closing will be July 11, 2007. Qualifications: Perspective contractors and subcontractors must meet all Federal, state and local laws, ordinances and regulations governing disposal of hazardous waste materials and environmental protection. Per FAR 52.237-1, SITE VISIT, Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for any claim(s) against the government. Prior to award, awardee must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration per DFAR 252.204-7004, REQUIRED CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION.
