- ***The purpose of this modification is to change the response date to 04 June 07.*** This is a sole source to Bell Helicopter Textron Inc. (Cage Code 97499). Reference- Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Requirements is a Firm Fixed Price for NSN: 1615-00-701-4142GA, P/N: 204-040-604-5, Noun: Coupling Driveshaft, APPL: UH-1 Helicopter. This requirement is for a basic quantity of 277 EA, a first year option quantity range of 1-200 EA, and a second year option quantity range of 1-200 EA. Destination: Robins AFB GA. Delivery: 10 Months ARO. A complete data package is not available to allow alternate sources to compete. The Government does not own the technical data. Only new material will be considered. Electronic procedures will be used for the solicitation; request a solicitation from http://www.fedbizopps.gov/.
