- The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), on behalf of the Office of the Chief of Legislative Liaison (OCLL) intends to award a sole source contract to LEXIS-NEXIS, 1150 Eighteenth St, NW, Ste. 600, Washington, DC 20036 for the renewal of a subscr iption for an electronic alert service that provides unlimited access to news, legislative, public records, financial, and legal databases. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 511140 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This service will provide basic research tools and specialized analysis in all fields that will enable OCLL to perform its mission with real time, verified, and recorded information. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement within the five (5) days of this announcements posting date of 4 May 2007. This notice is not a request for quotes. There is no solicitation document and a writte n RFP will not be available for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon any responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
