- FISC San Diego Regional Contracting Department is announcing a sole source requirement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a) (2) and 10 USC 2304(c)(1) with Eaton Corporation, cage: 99185 for the following material: Line Item 0001: Torsional coupling, (1) each, p/n: 146154A Airflex / Geislinger BC90/25/4U/5. Drawings and technical data packages are not available for dissemination. Applicable NAICS: 333613, business size 500 employees; The Government anticipates a single award, firm fixed price contract to be awarded at the close of negotiations as a result of the RFP that will be issued. The Government is seeking a proposal for new material only. The material is required to be manufactured in accordance with the latest OEM drawings and all applicable certificates of conformance will be required to be furnished upon delivery. Inspection and acceptance will be performed by the Government at Destination. The delivery location will be SWRMC, San Diego, CA 92136. This procurement is issued as unrestricted. Technical capability, past performance and pricing criteria will be established in the solicitation and shall be evaluated in determining an awardee. The RFP will be available for review and downloading at the following websites: www.neco.navy.mil and www.fedbizopps.gov on or about May 17, 2007.
