Description

U.S. GOVERNMENT WANTS TO LEASE SPACE IN SOUTH CAROLINA AMOUNT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease existing office space consisting of approximately 10,470 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of contiguous space on a single floor including 19 reserved parking spaces. A fifty-foot setback on all four sides of the space is required . Build-to-suit locations will be considered and accepted. LOCATION: Space must be located within the Central Business District (CBD) of North Charleston or Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. If suitable space cannot be found within the CBD, then the Government will give consideration within the city limits of each city. Required: All services, utilities, supplies, partitioning and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental. All property must be within or facing the delineated area. Term: Occupancy is required not later than February 28, 2008. The lease term will be for ten (10) years, with the Government having the right to terminate after five (5) years. Owners and Agents: To submit a location for inspection, contact this office in writing via fax, email , or US Mail by Friday, May 18, 2007 include common area factor for available space by floor, if applicable. Submission by any party other than the owner or manager of the property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space
