- DESCRIPTION OF WORK Work for this project consists of the construction of improvements to the Frenchman Campground. Excavation and backfill is required for final sloping and contouring of ground around the CXT toilets. In addition, work shall consist of installing new accessible hydrant assemblies, pedestrian walkways, wooden retaining walls and stairs, rock slope stabilizers and retaining walls, accessible sites, base rock, and asphalt. Demolition and disposal of existing toilet buildings (complete of five in the campground and partial of one at the kiosk site). Installation of new roofing and a concrete pad at the kiosk site. FAR 36.204 - Estimated Project Cost $25,000 - $100,000.
