- Response to a question: Question: Can you please provide additional detail to help me understand what is meant by a "third party entity" in the RFI? How is third party entity defined? Response: A "third party entity" could be any number of things, including a contractor, a nonprofit or for profit organization. As we are still in a very early exploratory mode regarding the electronic platform, we are interested in input on this specific issue as well. REMINDER: Due date extended to May 31, 2007. Government is encouraging the submission of specific input related to issues raised during the Part 15 public hearing (i.e., specific input on the questions in Part D) as well as input on additional questions resulting from information gathered during and after the part 15 public hearing (i.e., the questions listed in Part E). Please feel free to comment on all of the questions in parts D and E if they apply.
