- THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION ONLY - The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intend to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with the Harte-Hanks, 25 Linnell Circle, Billerica, MA 01821. The purpose of this procurement is for Trillum Software Maintenance to support the HRSA Geospatial Data Warehouse (HGDW) as well as identifying issues with additional HRSA data systems. The acquisition is for maintenance, upgrades and software support for the following items: 1) Trillium WIN/NT Production License, 4-16 CPU (Qty: 1); 2) Trillium WIN/NT Test/Development License (Qty:1); 3) Trillium Data Quality Connector for Information (Qty:1); 4) US Postal Directory Subscription ? Bimonthly Updates; 5) US Interpolated Census Directory ? Quarterly Updates; 6) Delivery Point Validation System Term License ? Monthly; and 7) Shipping/Handling/Media. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The anticipated period of performance is for one (1) year with two 12-month option periods. In accordance with FAR 13.106-1, a Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition is on file. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) (2), 13.501 (a). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 15 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. 07-S250-OIT-0778
