- Description
- The Department of Homeland Security (DHS)/Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has a requirement for Web-Based Application Sustainment services for its Assistance to Firefighters Grant (AFG) Program Web Based system, the Pre-Disaster Mitigation (PDM) and Flood Mitigation Assistance (FMA) program systems, and the Emergency Management Mission Integrated Environment (EMMIE) system. The period of performance of this requirement will be one (1) Base Year and four (4) Option Years commencing on or about July 01, 2007. This procurement is being solicited as a small business set-aside under the 8(a) Business Development Program. This acquisition is being offered for competition limited to eligible 8(a) concerns. The NAICS code, 541511, for this requirement has a small business size standard of $23 million. This requirement will result in an award based on a best value source selection. The anticipated contract type is Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) with hybrid task orders to be issued on a Cost Reimbursement (CR), Time-and-Materials (T&M), and Firm Fixed Price (FFP) basis. It is anticipated that solicitation HSFEHQ-07-R-0038 will be issued on or about May 11, 2007. All firms responding to this solicitation must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at http://www.ccr.gov and have completed their Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA).
