- Description
- This solicitation announcement is to notify interested parties of the FAA's intention to procure the replacement of outbound gates for the Transportation Security Laboratory, Building 315, located at the FAA William J. Hughes technical Center Atlantic City International Airport NJ 08405. The NAICS Code is 238990. Work shall include, all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide the replacement of outbound gates and a modification to an existing storm water infiltrator #1 in parking lot #2. Overall period of performance will be 77 calendar days. A mandatory site visit will be held May 17, 2007 at 12:30PM EST with all parties meeting at Security Operations Center Main Gate. All drawings and specifications and solicitation are included as attachments with this announcement. Estimate range for this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Bid Bond shall be 20% of proposal. Performance and Payment bonds in the amuont of 100% of contract price are required after notification of award. A Firm Fixed Price Contract is contemplated. Security issues require companies to identify perosnnel whom will be attending the mandatory site visit. Proposals will only be accepted from site vist attendees. All proposals are due by May 30, 2007 11:00AM EST. All questions must be in writing (e-mail) and submitted by May 24, 2007 2:00PM EST.
