- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 15 Heartland Network, intends to enter into a firm-fixed-price indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contract for radiation oncology services to be provided at the St. Louis VA Medical Center, John Cochran Division, 915 North Grand Blvd., St. Louis, MO. The services to be provided by the Contractor consist of radiation oncologist (approximately 1 FTE), medical physicist (approximately 1.5 FTE), medical dosimetrist (approximately 1.5 FTE), and radiation therapy technologist (approximately 5 FTE). Period of performance will be a base of one (1) year with four (4) one-year option periods. Solicitation documents are anticipated to be available on or about May 7, 2007. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Prospective offerors should not expect notification of issuance of amendments and are responsible for obtaining all amendments as posted. Prior to submission of a proposal, offerors are expected to read the solicitation documentation in entirety to fully understand the scope of work, terms, and conditions of the requirement(s). Offerors who are unable to access or open uploaded attachments may contact the Contracting Officer to obtain copies.
