- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and FAR incorporated clauses/provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-16 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement DCN 20070426. This solicitation incorporates by reference the following FAR and DFAR clauses: 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-04, 52.212- 05, 252.211-7003, 252-212-7001 and 252.232-7010. The NAIC Code is 511210. This requirement is for annual Unicorn Software Maintenance. This is a sole source requirement in accordance with authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii). Wright-Patterson Air Force Base intends to award to Sirsi Corporation DBA Sirsi/DYNIX, 101 Washington ST S E, Huntsville AL 35801-4827, in contemplation of an approved sole source. The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government.
