- 31-, SOLICITATION NUMBER FA8104-07-Q-0366, OC-ALC/CBSG/PKB, TINKER AFB OK 73135-3030, for addition information contract Irene Mireles/CBSG/PKB/405-734-8775, Email: Irene.mireles@tinker.af.mil. This is a Solicitation for a quantity range of 595 each through 1189 each and 1190 each through 1784 each for NSN 3120-01-379-6683, Sleeve Bushing and Part Number: 4081054-01. Form/Fit/Function: Incorporates new 4th and 5th stage compressor stator O.D. Bearings featuring a loose fit on the I.D. Snap Diameter. Predominant material of manufacture is Nickel Alloy. Dimension: Approximately .8840 length, diameter .4638. Destination: FB2039, Delivery: Delivery is to begin on October 31, 2007. The approximate solicitation issue date will be May 22, 2007. The anticipated award date will be 30 June 2007. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service, or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1. AWARD WILL NOT BE WITHHELD AWAITING QUALIFICAITON. Potential sources are not to utilize intellectual property of third parties without appropriate authorization of the intellectual property owner. Potential sources are cautioned that no part of the government property qualification requirement is intended to endorse or encourage the improper use of intellectual property developed by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or any other third party. Note: While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, technical capability, and past performances detailed in the solicitation. Note: an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential Offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
