- This is a notice of intention to issue a solicitation to provide Engineering Services for Reconfigurable Processor for Legacy Avionics Code Execution (RePlace) Software Sustainment Support This program shall be executed as a joint effort between the government and the contractor, whereby the government shall possess primary program responsibility and the contractor shall support the government in the planning, design, code, integration and test activities as needed. Period of Performance shall be 12 months after receipt of order (ARO). The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit sole source to NORTHROP GRUMMAN SPACE AND MISSION SYSTEMS CORPORATION, 1 RANCHO CARMEL DR., SAN DIEGO CA, 92128-3403 (Cage Code 65409 ) under the authority of 6.302 under contract F09603-03-D-0002.
