- Description
- Description: The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, labor, parts, materials, tools, equipment, test equipment, and transportation to perform preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, repair and technical support of the SIEMENS HIPATH 4000 Dispatch Systems at Command Posts located at Spangdahlem Air Base and Ramstein Air Base in Germany), Aviano Air Base in Italy, Royal Air Force (RAF) Lakenheath and RAF Mildenhall in the United Kingdom. The contractor shall also provide and install hardware and software technical refreshes and upgrades as approved by the Contracting Officer (CO). All services under the contract shall be performed in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. The Government may add more USAFE sites to the contract as required in the future and the addition of these sites shall be considered within the scope of this contract.
