- Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Army, REDCOM, Natick Contracting Division, Kansas Street, Natick, MA on behalf of the United States Army Soldier System Center, Natick, MA intends to negotiate and award a purchase order to Gillette Stad ium, 1 Patriot Place, Foxborough MA. 02035. This is for the purchase of 1 Day Training Facility. Gillette Stadium is the only Facility that can meet the following requirements. " Capacity o 350 (Threshold) / 500 (Objective) attendees at table rounds of 8 with sufficient space for government supplied A/V setup [Based on attendance projections] o 6,000 ft? (Threshold) / 8000 ft? (Objective) of contiguous open space (at objective attendee capacity) suitable for teambuilding training exercises adjacent to primary meeting area and free from cross traffic or other external distractions [Threshold bas ed upon previous experience at Core Values Offsite which used 6,000ft? for ~300 participants] " Location: Less than 20 miles from NSSC (evaluated based on most direct driving distance from front gate of NSSC as determined from several mapping programs/websites) and West of Rte 128, I-95 and Rte 3 [Required to minimize transportation and logistical requirements on training attendees] " Sufficient free parking for all attendees " Easy accessibility and parking for up to 3 buses [buses will be provided as needed to attendees from NSSC] " Capability to provide a buffet lunch [see separate legal determination regarding provision of a lunchtime meal in connection with training] " Allow NSRDEC supplied A/V with hookup to facilities built-in capability where applicable " Suitable training environment in all weather conditions Complete the Questions concerning this acquisition may be addressed to the above address, Attention: Mr. Greg Wilson (AMSRD-ACC-NS) or by gregory.wilson@natick.army.mil.
