- This is a synopsis for effort solicited under # W56HZV-07-R-0422 for procurement of analysis, computational chemistry, research, development, and testing of Fischer-Tropsch (FT) technology including catalysts and components, reactor systems and compo nents, FT products, and FT process models. This synopsis is posted in accordance with Note #22. The Government intends to purchase these services on an Other than Full and Open Competition basis from the University of Kentucky Research Foundation under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii), based on Only One Responsible Source. It is anticipated that a cost plus fixed fee contract, with a period of performance of twelve (12) months, will be awarded to satisfy this requi rement.
