- The Center For Health Care Contracting (CHCC) at Fort Sam Houston, Texas, intends to award a single award, personal services Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract to provide health care services at Department of Army medical treatment faci lities (MTF)throughout the continental United States. Services to be performed will be in accordance with established principles and ethics of the medical profession, the national standards established by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcar e Organizations (JCAHO), the professional standards/policies at the MTF, and the American Board of the applicable specialty. Services shall consist of examining, diagnosing, treating, and directing the management of both inpatients and outpatients sufferi ng from organic disorders, injuries and diseases. Specialties may include, but are not limited to: Physician Assistants, HIV Internist, Medical Lab Technicians, Family Practice Physician, Operating Room Assistant, Anesthesia Nurse Assistants, Certified N ursing Assistant, Anesthesiologist, General Medical Officer, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, Perfusionist, Internal Medicine Physician, Ophthalmologist, Ophthalmologist Technician, and Ophthalmologist Assistant. Primary sites for services may incl ude, but are not limited to: Fort Carson, Colorado; Fort Gordon, Georgia; Fort Hood, Texas; Fort Polk, Louisiana; Fort Irwin, California; Fort Campbell, Kentucky and Fort Sill Oklahoma. The performance period will be 01 October 2007 through 30 September 2008 with four 1-year options through 2012. The NAICS code for this procurement is 622110 and the Small Business Size Standard is $31.5 million. The solicitation will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website http://www.fbo.gov/ on or about 25 May 2007.
