- This sources sought is for information and planning purposes only, does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) and is not to be construed as a commitment by the U.S. Government. If a formal solicitation is generated later, a solicitation notice will be published. No award will be made because of this market research. The Kuwait Air Force F/A-18 C/D Foreign Military Sales Program, PMA-265, is seeking sources for replacement Module Cards for the Automatic Data Acquisition and Processing System (ADAPS). The items sought are part number 270-46001 (Module CPU Input/Output), part number 270-46002 (Module 1 Analog), part number 270-46003 (Module 1 Pre-Cond), part number 270-46054 (Module 2 Analog) and 270-46055 (Module 2 Pre-Cond). NAVAIR and PMA-265 recognize that the current ADAPS system is unique. In other to address the requirement for spares and to alleviate hush house outages, NAVAIR is requesting responses from sources that have the module cards sought or suitable substitutes. The ultimate goal of NAVAIR and PMA-265 is to procure the items that best meet the user needs. NAVAIR request that companies respond by submitting 1) the parts listed by part number and 2) any other information as determined by the vendor, limited to 20 pages. The government will not be responsible for preparation costs. Submissions will not be returned.
