- SPAWAR Systems Center Charleston intends to enter into a sole source contract with L-3 Communications Titan Corporation Linkabit of San Diego, for One KU COTM Antenna System, P/N FSS-4180 LP, Four MPM-1000 W/L-Band Modems, P/N 119903-3, Four MPM-1000 70 MHZ Modems, P/N 119903-30 and Four Inertial Reference Units, P/N 1A0500-1 . L-3 Communications Titan Corporation Linkabit holds proprietary rights to these products. These are the only parts approved for use in the system. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed -Price (FFP) type contract. Place of delivery will be to SPAWAR Systems Center Charleston. The applicable North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 333319. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Any questions relating to this announcement are due by 6 June 2007 no later than 1100.
