- This is a sole source announcement. No Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be prepared and no hard copy will be made available. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego (SPAWAR San Diego) intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to Agilent Technologies, Inc., 9780 S. Meridian Blvd., Englewood, CO 80112 for 1 each Microwave Circuit Designer Pro License and 12 months of upgrades and support. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Numbered Note 22 applies except all responses to this sole source announcement must be received within 7 days (in lieu of 45 days) from the date of this advertisement. Central Contractor Registration is required for all vendors doing business with DOD and can be obtained at www.ccr.gov. Quotations can be submitted via e-mail to phyllis.j.berg@navy.mil or faxed to 619-553-9068 on or before the due date of May 14, 2007.
