- The Department of the Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego (SSC San Diego intends to issue solicitation No. N66001-07-R-0019, for Engineering and Technical services on behalf of the Department of Defense (DoD) and other agencies. This procurement will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Firms are encouraged to review the web site regularly for updated information. SSC-SD C4ISR Programs, Philadelphia (Code 2423) has a continuing requirement to provide engineering and technical services in support of a wide variety of customers and projects. A partial list of projects includes Tomahawk Command and Control Systems (TC2S), Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS), Imagery Product Library (IPL), National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency Deployable Systems (NDS), Distributed Common Ground Station, Navy (DCGS- N), Coast Guard Deepwater Project, Coast Guard Mission Planning (CG-MP) and others. In order to manage its complex technical infrastructure and maintain information superiority, C4ISR Programs Philadelphia must have sustained access to a cadre of highly-skilled resources. Furthermore, this challenge requires C4ISR Programs Philadelphia to have extensive partnerships with the technology industry in order to maintain advances in technology and training. This solicitation seeks those resources. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541330. SSC San Diego intends to solicit and award a multiple award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ), Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee type contract, with a base period of three years, two one-year award terms, and a three-year award term. The estimated value of the contract is $151M. The estimated release date of the solicitation is 10 May 2007.
