- Description
- The Library of Congress/FEDLINK intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Outsell, Inc. for the acquisition of research and advisory services that focus on the Information Industry. Outsell offers high quality, fact-based research, analysis and advice about every aspect of content strategy and use by vendors, buyers and users of information. The vendor will present its opinions and recommendations about hot industry topics, companies, products, best practices, and trends in the form of white paper briefings on specific vendors. Outsell offers data, advice and methodologies that will assist in making informed decisions regarding the evaluation, acquisition, packaging, and deployment of content. A multi-agency IDIQ contract is anticipated. The period of performance shall be for one year with four one-year options. No telephone calls will be accepted. No award will be based on any offer or proposal received in response to this notice.
