- PR No: IQC07120009024. This solicitation will contain one NSN for M-1 Abrams Tank Voltmeter. Request for Proposal SPM4A6-07-R-0704 will be solicited for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The award will be for a base year and four option years. First Article Approval: Contractor testing of 6 units required. First Article Testing shall be IAW Drawing 12337046 and the qualification requirements of MIL-PRF-10304F, TABLE II (See exceptions: Note 1 of Drawing 12337046. The recommended format for the First Article Test report can be found in MIL-HDBK-831. The NSN and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: NSN 6620-01-200-6096, Base Year AEQ: 1059 each, Option Year AEQ: 1059 each. Delivery: FOB: Destination, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin, 135 days ARO. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 29 May 07. The anticipated award date is 30 Aug 07. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Reference notes 1, 23 and 26. Conditions for evaluation and acceptance of offers for part numbered items cited in the AID: This agency has no data available for evaluating the acceptability of alternate products offered. In addition, to the data required in subparagraph (c) (2) of clause L17C01 (52.217-9002), the offeror must furnish drawings and other data covering the design, materials, etc., of the exact product cited in the AID, sufficient to establish that the offeror?s product is equal to the product cited in the AID.
