- REQUIREMENT: The General Services Administration seeks to lease space consisting of approximately 16,728 rentable square feet yielding 14,546 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of office and related space. The space must provide 14,546USF consisting of 2,800USF of Office Space; 1,600 USF of Laboratory Space; 7,740 USF of Industrial (Warehouse) Space and 1,400USF of Conference Room/Training space. DELINEATED AREA: Space must be located within the following boundaries: South: Starting from the intersection of Roosevelt Ave (Route 602) and Lafayette St (near Arthur kill); travel west on Roosevelt Ave which becomes Randolph Ave to Woodbridge Rd (Route 514) and continue on Woodbridge Rd north to E. Hazelwood Ave (Route 621). Travel west on E. Hazelwood Ave to St. Georges Ave (Route 27) and continue on St. Georges Ave north to Westfield Ave (Route 613). Travel west on Westfield Ave to the intersection of Garden State Parkway. West: Starting from the intersection of Garden State Parkway and Westfield Ave (Route 613); travel north on the Garden State Parkway to the intersection of Interstate 78. North: Starting from the intersection of Interstate 78 and the Garden State Parkway; travel east on the Interstate 78 and cross over NJ Turnpike (I-95) to the west side of the Newark Bay. East: The eastern boundary starts from the corner of Interstate 78 and the west side of the Newark Bay and continues south to the intersection of Roosevelt Ave (Route 602) and Lafayette St (near Arthur kill). This only includes the eastern boundaries of Linden, Elizabeth and southeast part of Newark, NJ. REQUIRED: On-site parking for 25 vehicles is required. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Security, Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. LEASE TERM: Term is for ten (10) years/ five (5) years firm. Cancellation is on 90 days written notice.
