- Upgrade for the existing Airport Traffic Control Tower's (ATCT's) and base buildings at Shreveport Downtown (DTN) Airport. This includes all work necessary to improve the architectural, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection systems to comply with OSHA regulation 29 CFR 1960.20. The work includes, but is not limited to: ??? Installation and testing of new fire detection/alarm system and demolition of the existing fire alarm system in the ATCT and the base building including the interconnecting corridor. ??? Installation of new fire-rated wall. ??? Installing a new door and adjusting existing doors. ??? Moving central vacuum system. ??? Installation of firestopping systems. ??? Training for personnel assigned by the FAA. ??? Preparation of documentation describing as-built configuration and operation and maintenance of systems and equipment and warranty of the work. Performance Time: 60 Calendar Days Cost: Between $100,000 and $200,000 NACI: 238210 $13.0 Million This is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE project. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
