Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary for the complete installation of a structual steel platform at the Perry's Monument, located within the boundaries of the Perry's Victory and International Peace Memorial, 93 Delaware Avenue, Ottawa County, Put-in-Bay, Ohio. The work will include, but is not limited to, the removal and disposal of existing wire floor platform, installation of structual steel, steel grating and installation of a new hand railing. The NAICS Code for this project is 238120. The small business size standard for this project is $13 million. The estimated price range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Project completion time is thirty (30) days after Notice to Proceed. This project will be solicited and awarded in accordance with the Small Business Demonstration Competitiveness Program, Public Law 100-656. Accordingly, this project is open to both small and large businesses. The Request for Quotation, with specifications and drawings, will be posted to websites: http://www.fedbizopps.gov and http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about May 25, 2007.
